This issue consists of the relations of the round table Castellana Caves: state of the situation, organized by Gruppo Puglia Grotte to express the opinion from the speleological world about the management of the Castellana Caves, and to promote scientific studies and activities in the caves.
The proceedings deal with many ecological aspects, including efficiency and problems related to the lighting plants, and the management of show caves.
